The Field House Classes

Recovery Week 8/3-8/9

Starting on Monday 8/3 through Sunday 8/9, we will have our quarterly Recovery Week. This means there will not be group classes during this time frame. We will maintain our normal operating hours for Open Gym!

 

 

We’ve got the perfect program for you regardless of your current experience or fitness goals. Check out our schedule below for times on our fitness classes. 

GENERAL MEMBERSHIPS

General memberships allow for gym access outside of class. Open gym hours are as follows:

Monday through Thursday: 5:00am – 10:00pm

Friday: 5:00am – 8:00pm

Saturday and Sunday: 6:00am – 4:00pm
