Personal training is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your trainer will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible.
Our coaches’ periodized program design will maximize the athlete’s physical and mental potential whether the goal is speed, power, raw strength, endurance and/or agility. Individual athlete and team programming available for all ages and levels: youth, high school/varsity, collegiate and professional.
High-intensity interval training workouts are guaranteed to make you break a sweat, build muscle and burn fat. This 1-hour class will include core-intensive, cardio heavy sections, along with weightlifting targeting at building a strong muscle base.
Our Young Athletes program is designed to assist in developing body awareness and improve motor control. We incorporate gymnastics, body weight calisthenics and weightlifting elements combined in ways to keep children engaged and entertained while teaching proper technique and creating a broad athletic foundation.
Our CrossFit program is designed to meet the needs of our large and varied community, which includes members of our full-time moms, doctors, lawyers, police officers, fire fighters, business executives, accomplished athletes, and retirees. Regardless of your current fitness level, if your goal is to increase your strength and endurance, while more than likely seeing a remarkable improvement in your body composition, our CrossFit program will be ideal for you.
The Combine Mobility
A combination of stretches, foam rolling, and banded mobility movements to help improve range of motion and improve lifting technique. Using breathing techniques to help promote relaxation and to calm the mind.
A workout with aesthetics and health in mind to help you look better naked. Tightening your musculature and strengthening your heart and lungs. With a little more emphasis on your core (e.g. glutes and abs).
Women Only Bootcamp
We have discovered that for some women to truly push their limits and improve their fitness levels, they need a comfortable environment that still offers professional coaching, motivating group energy and organic camaraderie. There’s nothing like Bootcamp to turbo-charge your fitness and boost your energy levels. Yes, it’s fast and furious but we LOVE IT this way! Try it once and you’ll be hooked!
CrossFit is a skills-oriented training program that develops a high level of fitness by training constantly varied, functional movements at high intensity. As such, it is necessary to first learn and develop proficiency in the functional movements that are found in our program before increasing the intensity of the workouts. The Foundations Classes introduce you to CrossFit fundamentals. In addition, they prepare you for moving into group classes by providing you with education and coaching on the basic movements, practice of the movements and intelligent substitution exercises to suit your specific needs. It is also the safest and surest way that we can help you get started. It is here you will get instruction on the basic movements necessary for reaching peak performance. To ensure individual attention for each participant every individual will work with the coaches in private sessions which will be scheduled relative to your fitness experience. Depending on your experience and background the individual will complete 3, 6, 9 or 12 classes prior to being enrolled in the class program. We do offer a test out for individuals who have been actively working in a comparable program for 12 months or more.
Joules/Watts Strength Series
Joules/Watts focuses specifically on maximizing work (Joules) and power output (Watts). This program is designed to improve low speed-strength, explosiveness and weightlifting technique. In each session, athletes can expect to develop, condition and increase strength and/or power, perform dynamic pushing, pulling, skill transfer drills and other ancillary exercises. Our coaches will develop a specific periodized plan based on your individual goals. Typically in 8-12 week cycles
